Straightforward transaction. Meter arrived on the early side of the ship window and works exactly as described. I used CW to test power output of my rig and to trim my antenna to get a good SWR. I had a question about the unit and response was fairly quick (I think support is in China but shipping happens from US based on ship speed). I did not test SSB but seller confirmed this will work with SSB. Overall nice little box for the price.

I was so eager to get this card but the pc it is for, the screen has burned out and is unreplaceable apparently? So I asked the seller to cancel the shipment because I would have to send it back anyways. I really appreciate the understanding and patience the seller has shown dealing with me. again ....all apologies sir. I will happily buy from the seller again, A+

After I have ordered and payed for the item, the seller ask for additional 10 dollars for transport cost to my county. After I payed those 10 dollars, the seller send the item with FedEx shipping company instead standard economy international shipping. When you received goods with FedEx or DHL, you have to pay for Customs Clearance plus freight charges and taxes... (it cost me additional 75 dollars). These things would not be necessary if the shipment was sent by regular mail instead...
