Item is exactly as described, works perfectly, fan comes on/off (which is different operating feature than old one we had and we love it) Last one in existence so hoping to get years out of it. Only issue was with UPS and misdelivery problem but even though the seller had zero responsibility with delivery issue, the seller was very prompt with offering assistance and we felt valued as a customer. That’s unfortunately kind of rare nowadays.
