Received 4x batteries in a very timely manner. All were packaged very well. Seller was very responsive, and the shipping was extremely fast. So after an issue with the courier that seemed to have left first parcel somewhere completely different the replacement arrive all good. Exactly as described, fully charged them and using fine. Had them in tools and in the 36 volt mower and all is as expected. Customer services were brilliant with sorting the non delivery, less can be said for Hermes delivery drivers..
