Part received in excellent condition, very well packaged. According to research, the part number should have been the correct part for my application but wasn't quite right. Seller was willing to accept part back for exchange/return with no problem, but after sending detailed measurements to help rectify the issue they weren't the best at helping. They communicated quickly and we're very polite, and I hate to say it, but seemed to only know how to sell parts. Got part fixed locally - all's well.
