Some say assembly instructions were insufficient but I disagree. It went together easily from just at the diagrams. I did put the legs on second after the motor so when I lifted the front to attach the wheels it would put pressure on the bottom of the battery compartment. Were I to redo it I would put the legs on first. Operational instructions were lacking but by raising and blocking the wheels, I was able in a couple minutes figure out the switches and operation. Can't wait to use it.

Very good seller! Item was exactly as described! Quick shipping! Fairly easy to assemble. Works as explained, but be sure to heed the caution about using on slopes. These things do not have brakes & any sizable load quickly becomes unmanageable on a slope. I would buy again from this seller. Sorry about my delayed response- I have been laid up with covid. I have sent messages to the seller with NO REPLYS. THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED UPS AND ARRIVED DAMAGED AT UPS THEY AT FIRST REFUSED DELIVERY TO US AND SAID THEY WERE CONTACTING SHIPPER FOR INSTRUCTIONS. NEXT DAY IT WAS LEFT AT OUR GATE REPACKAGED. AFTER OPENING PACKAGE THE INSIDE WAS WRAPPED WITH ABSORBENT PACKAGING AND COVERED WITH PLASTIC TO SOAK UP THE OIL IT WAS LEAKING. THE MACHINE IS NOT OPERATIONAL. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.
