Item was very well packed, packaging was in tact and undamaged so I don't see how. I have worked in a refab shop for coin op devicea so I know how this goes. Fantastic packing job! Shrink wrapped, then wrapped in bubble wrap, then surrounded with packing paper inside a cardboard box. Arrived in perfect condition. I'm using it finally today and find that the VCR is working flawlessly. I'm FINALLY able to digitize my old 8mm home movies made of my kids from 20 years ago. I was afraid they were lost memories.
