Received the item a few days before the delivery date. I was packed in a box with bubble wrap inside a second box with bubble wrap, in perfect order you might say and in like-new state, like if it has never been used. ( This is a 40 year old sewing machine!) More, runnerman01 got a better deal than expected on shipping fees and is refunding me 20 USD. Runnerman01 is a 5 star ebayer. Thank you

Seller used a bigger extra packing box and put fragile stickers on it in order to protect the item but during delivery the crystal bow was broken in pieces so after sending pictures showing damages to the seller a refund process was started. its a shame that the delivery company charges that amount of money being not careful at all with packages.
