Customer service is wonderful. Product arrived damaged in shipping, received immediate response when I contacted seller and replacement part sent right away. Product itself is not great quality. I purchased for quail, so it will work, but would not put rabbits or anything that will nibble wood in it. Thin and very fragile, very lightweight and will not last long when exposed to the elements. Keep indoors out of weather. Assembly instructions a nightmare. Needed wine to figure them out.
