New as described. Great phone for the price when you don't need something high tiered esp for basic stuff like calling and video chat and when you need a headphone jack. Shipping was faster than expected since it shipped from WA and not NJ, where the seller is at, but got here to the East coast just as fast. Took a month before reviewing to test it out and it works great, no complaints, so far so good. Happy customer!
