Some of the reviews said that it would be easier with two people doing it. I’m tall with a pretty good wingspan. So it wasn’t a problem. Also have a cordless screw driver with a 13mm socket. Very handy. I needed a wrench for two nuts that were bigger.The nuts and bolts were packaged for each step of putting together. Made life easier.Took 36 minutes. Start to finish.Don’t be afraid of putting it together. If you have basic skills and tools it will be a breeze.

Assembly was as expected. About an hour and a half with just a few minutes help from my wife. Marriage still solid. It arrived with marks on side but this did not appear to hurt integrity of unit. Socket wrench highly recommend. Metric 13mm fits most nuts. If you can assemble without socket wrench “ you’re a better man than I, Gunga Din.” It seems to work well on level ground and can carry a respectable load. I had to haul some rocks down an incline which was a challenge. It stays locked and I didn’t dump anything early but hard to steer and control. Be extra careful the first couple of times you use it on an incline. The handle bangs on the the plastic green bed of wagon changing the color and may damage integrity. It really should be thicker plastic or metal. It has survived two days of use. I plan to try to prevent further damage by care and taping the handle. I have doubts that the plastic will hold up like metal.

The assembly is best done with a socket wrench set, plus a spare pair of hands (keep bolts in place while you get the nut started). Luckily, all the bolt and assembly pieces are labeled by step (only six steps) and the instructions are pretty clear.
The only thing that I would have liked to see was potentially slightly thicker plastic for the box of the cart. No issues so far though.
